Cancellation Policy
We ask that you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours before your scheduled visit. Last minute cancellations are charged a flat fee that must be paid prior to rebooking.
Children Policy
We aim to provide a laid back, luxury experience for each guest. We want you, as well as other guests in the salon to be able to relax & enjoy their visit. The salon can be a very busy place and though we love your little ones, we ask that you not bring them to your appointment. The salon may also be harmful to children due to hot tools, chemicals, and sharp objects. Please do not bring children who are not receiving services with you to your appointment. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we are happy to help. Thankyou for your understanding!

I am a new client, what service should I choose?
There is a NEW CLIENT APPOINTMENT option, choose this when booking. There is space to add a note on what you are looking to have done. This allows your stylist to make sure they have the right amount of time. We can’t wait to meet you!
